Join Lauren for a gentle vinyasa style yoga class every Tuesday. Movement is synchronized with breath in a slow and therapeutic pace to allow your body and mind to unite and release anything that no longer serves you.
Group Self-Care Day (In person)
Because self-care is not selfish! Grab your besties and create your very own group self-care day to include:
- Cacao ceremony
- 60 minute yoga class with sound healing and Reiki
- Oracle card reading and group share
- Potluck brunch
- Other curated activities as requested
- Connection, laughter and relaxation with friends!
